Welcome to Mj’s Car Detailing. By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

Mj’s Car Detailing provides professional car detailing services. Service packages, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and level of contamination.

Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may have pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to scratches, swirl marks, paint defects, oxidation, stains, tears, fading, or mechanical issues.

Mj’s Car Detailing is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage revealed during or after detailing

Clear coat failure, paint peeling, or interior wear

Damage caused by previously repaired or repainted surfaces

We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles that are excessively dirty, unsafe, or contain biohazards unless disclosed and approved in advance.

Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Missed appointments or lack of vehicle access may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Remove personal belongings before service

Provide accurate vehicle information

Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to service

Disclose excessive dirt, pet hair, mold, bodily fluids, or hazardous materials prior to booking

Mj’s Car Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

Satisfaction & Refunds

All sales are final once services are completed. If a customer is dissatisfied, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Remedies may include redoing the affected service or issuing a partial refund or credit at our discretion. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Weather & Environmental Conditions

Mobile detailing services are subject to weather conditions. Mj’s Car Detailing is not responsible for results affected by rain, wind, dust, or environmental exposure after service completion.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved payment methods only. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in refusal of future services.

Liability Limitation

Mj’s Car Detailing shall not be held liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages

Issues arising from vehicle age, condition, or manufacturer defects

Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing services

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service rendered.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer for safety concerns, undisclosed vehicle conditions, abusive behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Mj’s Car Detailing and may not be copied or used without permission.

Changes to Terms

Mj’s Car Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, applicable to Maricopa County.
