Refund Policy

At Mj's Car Detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality car detailing services and ensuring our customers are satisfied with the results. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking a service.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of car detailing services, all sales are final once the service has been completed. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the results of your detailing service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We require clear photos and/or an in-person inspection to assess the concern.

If the issue is determined to be a result of our workmanship, we may, at our discretion:

  • Re-perform the affected portion of the service at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a partial refund or service credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Mj's Car Detailing.

3. No Refunds for the Following

Refunds or do-overs will not be provided for issues resulting from:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage (scratches, paint defects, oxidation, interior wear, stains, pet hair, etc.)

  • Excessive dirt, biohazards, mold, bodily fluids, or pet-related issues not disclosed prior to service

  • Weather conditions or environmental factors after service completion

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on expectations that exceed the agreed-upon service package

4. Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure your appointment time.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

5. Missed Appointments

If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled service time or the vehicle is not accessible, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Mj's Car Deatiling directly to resolve any payment concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent refusal of service.

7. Policy Acceptance

By booking and receiving services from Mj's Car Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy in full.
